Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session log into your account at www.shannanrenee.com (see link above) at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session time. Giving 24 hours notice guarantees you will receive a credit to rebook your session. Otherwise the session will be charged towards your package and no longer redeemable. If you are running a few minutes late, having trouble connecting, or have an emergency text me at 512-496-4846. I will hang out in the Zoom room for 10 minutes past the scheduled session time and then I will close the session and it will be considered a no show and the session will be charged towards your package and no longer redeemable.
