REFUND & SCHEDULING POLICY
Refund Policy:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on coaching sessions, programs, workshops, or digital products once purchased.

We are not obligated to grant any refund outside of what is required by law.

Cancellation, No-Show & Rescheduling Policy
This policy applies to all 1:1 coaching sessions, group programs, and workshops, and speaking and training engagements.
Your session time is held, prepared for, and reserved exclusively for you. This policy honors the integrity of the work and the time of everyone involved.

Once a session has been agreed to and booked either by yourself or verbally approved and manually entered by any member of the Shannan Renee Unlimited team you agree to take full responsibility for arriving to the session at the agreed upon date and time

To Cancel or Reschedule:
Refer to the booking confirmation sent to your email, log-in to your account at www.shannanrenee.com, and/or email or text Shannan Renee directly at coach@shannanrenee.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

Cancellations:
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel any scheduled session or engagement.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.

No-Shows:
If you do not show up for a scheduled session without 24 hours prior notice, the full session fee will be charged and the session is forfeited.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made under 24 hours may be treated as cancellations and the full session fee applies. Up to 2 reschedules are permitted per program or engagement.

How Sessions Are Booked:
Sessions may be booked online through the scheduling system or manually based on a verbal agreement made via phone, email, Zoom, or other communication.
- Any tentative date and time discussed — constitutes a confirmed appointment once initially acknowledged by the client. It is the client's responsibility to follow through with written confirmation, cancellation, or rescheduling within the required cancelation or reschedule timeframe.

Client Responsibility:
If a session is scheduled verbally or tentatively, and the client has not confirmed in writing, it remains the client's responsibility to communicate any changes to the agreed upon session time. Failure to confirm, cancel, or reschedule does not exempt the client from the no-show or late cancellation policy.
Unanswered confirmation requests are not a basis for waiving fees.

Time Zones - All session times are communicated in Central Time (CT) unless otherwise stated on the written confirmation communications. It is the client's responsibility to convert session times to their local time zone. Missed sessions due to time zone miscommunication are the client's responsibility and are subject to the full no-show fee.

Email Reminders :
Automated reminders are a courtesy, not a guarantee. It is the client's responsibility to ensure reminder emails are not filtered to spam and to maintain awareness of upcoming appointments. A missed or undelivered reminder does not exempt the client from this policy.

Speaking & Training Engagements:
or corporate training, keynote, and organizational engagements, cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in your signed contract. This policy serves as the standard baseline where no separate agreement exists
