I'm a human on the journey just like you!
I'm a certified professional life coach & EFT/Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner with a soul twist.
I'm here to share my experience, knowledge, passion, and insights with others and remind them of who they really are and who they came here to be. I don't have it all figured out by any means, I'm a soul on the journey myself, but I did come here with a very clear intention to remember that and to help others do the same.
Life is good
I have a degree in Social Work from the University of Texas@Austin, as well as several independent certifications. The thing that qualifies me best to be a soul coach is that I've lived through so much of what my clients are going through. By following my own inner guidance and working with teachers who've walked a similar path I've found a way to love it all, to turn my pain into my power, transmute my wounds into wisdom, and to create a life I love, and I'm here to help you do the same.

Calm down fast
Use EFT "in the heat of the moment to calm the intensity of emotions and physical symptoms when a reaction has been triggered.
EFT/Tapping sends an immediate signal to the part of the brain that controls the fight or flight response, reducing the stress hormone cortisol, and allows you to gain relief from the overwhelm of the moment so you feel calmer, think more clearly, and can make a conscious choice to respond to the situation instead of being controlled by your emotions or physical pain.
Find what's underneath
Once you've calmed the initial
intensity of your emotion and assured your brain and body that you are not in immediate danger you can take it a step further to explore and discover the thoughts and deeper emotions that are contributing to the triggered reaction. Our thoughts create our emotions and often we are not aware of the thoughts that we are thinking therefore we don't realize how irrational, unrealistic, or unrelated they are to the actual situation in the moment. EFT can help you reflect on what is really going on so you can address and resolve the real issue at hand.
Transmute the pattern
This level of relief is highly recommend to be done with a trained practitioner as it often uncovers the deeply held subconscious (mis)beliefs and suppressed memories and emotions that have been wired into the nervous system due to some level of trauma or intense experience that a person did not have the support, resources, or capacity to effectively process in the moment. But once this is safely dealt with and released from the system true life changing shifts can occur.
3 Steps to Relief
Name the Specific Event

The first thing o do is name the specific event thing that has caused you to feel the stress or discomfort. Starting off general is always a approach then gradually get more specific.
Name & Measure the Emotion

Use a word or three to describe the emotion or feeling that occurs when you think of that specific event.
Next rate the intensity of that feeling or emotion in this moment, from 1-10 with 1 being the least/not much intensity at all and 10 being the most/extremely intense.
Tap on the Points

Create what is called a "set up statement" and repeat that statement 3 times while tapping on the side the hand point. Next, tap on the other 8 points while just repeating the
emotion or feeling, also called the "Reminder Phrase". Continue tapping through the 8 points repeating the reminder phrase until you feel the intensity go down.

Use this simple version of EFT/Tapping without words. Just pause, start tapping on any of the points and breathe. The tapping does the work and sends an electrical signal to the brain and body that creates an instant shift in your energy and allows you to be calmer, clearer, and in control.

Use this powerful version of EFT/Tapping when you just can't calm down and you need to express intense emotion without causing any harm or taking it out on anyone else, including yourself. Just start tapping on the points and "ranting" the thoughts and emotions you are experiencing. Giving yourself relief while calming your mind and body at the same time.

Use this version of EFT/Tapping when you are ready to reflect and shift your perspective on an issue so that you can create lasting change. Get specific and identify the thoughts you have about an issue and the specific emotion it evokes and tap through the points with the intention of releasing negative energy and being open to a positive way of seeing things.
